Responsibilities
• Coordinate the daily activities of the Customer Service and Dispatch team
• Organize workloads, assign daily priorities, and follow up to make sure work is completed
• Monitor scheduling, dispatch, work orders, and customer communication
• Ensure customer calls, emails, estimates, and follow-ups are handled promptly and professionally
• Provide daily guidance and assist with training and onboarding office employees
• Assist with customer concerns and service issues, escalating more serious matters to leadership when needed
• Coordinate invoicing, payments, customer records, and office documentation
• Communicate workflow, attendance, or performance concerns to leadership
• Coordinate with technicians, installers, and leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Provide hands-on support during busy periods or employee absences
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of customer service, office administration, dispatch, scheduling, or related experience
• Experience coordinating daily work, setting priorities, training employees, or supporting an office team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide daily guidance, follow up on work, and communicate concerns to leadership
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
• Experience in garage doors, construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or a similar service industry
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
• Experience with dispatching and technician scheduling
• Experience with invoicing, payments, customer records, or accounts receivable
