As our Accounting & Administrative Coordinator, you'll support daily accounting functions, process invoices and payments, maintain customer accounts, and work closely with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly. You Will Be Trusted To
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and submit invoices for national retail partner accounts
- Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities
- Reconcile customer accounts and assist with resolving payment discrepancies
- Assist with journal entries and month-end accounting tasks
- Work with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure timely processing
- Maintain organized financial records and prepare routine reports
- Support additional accounting and administrative projects as needed
You Qualify With
- Two or more years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or office administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude and team-first approach
Additional Success
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience with accounting or ERP software such as Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar
- Experience supporting retail accounts or multi-location businesses
- Knowledge of invoice processing and customer account reconciliation
