As a Lead Installer with our team, you will do more than install garage doors. You will take ownership of jobs, guide installations from start to finish, and support other installers on site. You will bring security, style, and peace of mind to the people who count on us. You Will Be Trusted To:
- Install and service residential and commercial garage doors with precision and pride
- Lead installation projects and support team members on job sites
- Troubleshoot issues on site and deliver effective solutions that keep customers moving
- Provide excellent service by listening to customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow safety standards to protect yourself, your team, and every job site
- Train and mentor installers while promoting best practices
- Stay sharp by learning new skills and keeping up with the latest garage door technology
You Qualify With:
- At least two years of hands-on experience with the skills and confidence to lead installations, troubleshoot issues, and support other installers on site
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can do attitude
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
- Good communication skills and a customer focused mindset
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Additional Success:
- Experience working with garage doors or garage door systems
- Experience leading installations or handling complex repairs
- OSHA safety training or similar certifications
- Comfortable using service software and power tools
