Could This Be for You:
Step into a leadership role at the center of our Nashville warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Manager, you will guide a small but mighty team, ensuring accuracy, safety, and smooth day-to-day flow so customers get what they need when they need it. You will oversee receiving, shipping, and inventory control, making sure every order is accurate, and every delivery arrives on time. You will also work closely with installers, service technicians, and the branch team to keep materials organized and projects running on schedule. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and leading a team with purpose and pride.
You Will Be Trusted To:
- Lead warehouse operations and partner with the Branch Manager to meet operational and financial goals
- Oversee shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain organized, labeled inventory and resolve discrepancies through regular counts
- Stage materials for installation and service teams to keep projects on schedule
- Train and support warehouse staff on safety, procedures, and product knowledge
- Assist with performance management and staffing decisions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste
- Lead by example, promoting teamwork, accountability, and respect
You Qualify With:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of warehouse experience, preferably in construction materials or distribution
- Two or more years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to train, coach, and support team members
- Reliable, motivated, and dependable work ethic
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety and collaboration
Additional Success:
- Some college coursework or trade certification preferred
- Experience in construction supply, garage doors, or building materials
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
- Proven ability to streamline operations or improve efficiency
- OSHA or safety certification a plus
