You Will Be Trusted To:

  • Accurately enter tickets, purchase orders, and customer data
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, vendors, and team members
  • Resolve issues in real time while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Determine whether concerns fall under company responsibility or involve third party trades
  • Clearly explain solutions while protecting both customer relationships and company standards

You Qualify With:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a professional or industry related environment
  • Typing 50 to 60 words per minute with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable attendance and the ability to follow established processes
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on site

Additional Success:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a related industry such as garage doors, home services, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, construction, building supply, or automotive parts
  • Familiarity with scheduling and dispatch systems
  • Experience supporting field service technicians
  • Knowledge of garage door products, components, and services
