You Will Be Trusted To
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial garage door systems across the Oklahoma City metro as your day-to-day focus
- Handle the most common service needs confidently, including opener malfunctions, spring failures, track issues, and hardware repairs
- Keep your eyes open on every job for worn parts, aging systems, and upgrades worth recommending. If a customer needs a new opener, a better spring system, or an upgraded panel and you can see it standing right there, say something. That is how you take care of people and how this company grows
- Talk with customers plainly, explain what needs to be done now and what might be worth thinking about down the road, and make sure they feel good about the visit before you leave
- Install new garage door systems when the job calls for it, from hanging panels and setting tracks to tensioning springs and configuring openers to manufacturer and safety standards
- Manage your time, your truck, and your job site on your own
- Handle heavy components safely, including springs, panels, and hardware up to 80 lbs
- Represent Eco well in every driveway and every neighborhood across the OKC area and help us build a reputation people talk about
You Qualify With
- At least one year of hands-on experience in field service, installation, construction, or home services
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- The ability to read instructions, work with basic math, and communicate with customers in a straightforward way
- A strong work ethic and the ability to run a job independently without someone looking over your shoulder
- A willingness to keep learning as products and systems change
Additional Success Factors
- One to two years of garage door service or installation experience, residential or commercial, is a strong plus
- Experience working with springs, openers, and hardware on the repair or replacement side translates directly
- A background in construction trades, field service, or building systems fits well here
