Imagine a role where your work keeps an entire branch running at its best. As the Service Dispatcher for our San Antonio location, you will be the center of communication and coordination. You’ll keep jobs moving, support our field teams, and ensure homeowners are informed every step of the way. You’ll also help identify trends in repeat service calls, contribute to coaching efforts, and improve overall team efficiency. Each day, you’ll coordinate many moving parts, keep operations on track, and see the real impact of your work on both customers and your team. If you take pride in staying organized, communicating clearly, and taking ownership, this is the role where you’ll truly make a difference.

You Will be Trusted To:
  • Optimize daily and weekly warranty schedules and routes in Service Titan
  • Confirm site and material readiness and move jobs forward proactively
  • Keep tickets, notes, and updates accurate while providing same-day ETAs
  • Coordinate with Warehouse on staging and escalate exceptions quickly
  • Track warranty recalls, spot trends, and partner with management on solutions
  • Support quality-control follow-ups, parts returns, reporting, and peak events

You Qualify with:
  • 1 to 2 years of dispatch experience, ideally with warranty exposure
  • Strong phone presence and customer communication skills
  • Proficient in dispatch software, data tracking, and collaboration tools
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ownership mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to coach and collaborate
  • Familiar with builder portals (e.g., Hyphen Supply Pro) and GPS/telematics
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Success:
  • Familiarity with Service Titan, Excel or Google Sheets, Outlook, and Teams
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Prior dispatch experience in garage doors or related trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing),
  • AA degree or relevant coursework
  • Knowledge of garage door systems
  • KPI-driven mindset and experience reducing repeat service calls
