At Eco Garage Door Services, every customer interaction matters. As a Business Development & Dispatch Coordinator, you will serve as a key connection between our customers, technicians, and leadership team. This role combines customer service, scheduling coordination, dispatching, outbound sales, lead generation, and operational communication to help drive company growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is not a slow-paced office position. Every day brings new opportunities to engage customers, support field operations, generate new business, and help grow our customer base. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, organization, and a proactive sales mindset.

You Will Be Trusted To:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service, repairs, and installations
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, scheduling updates, and customer retention efforts
- Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Follow up with past customers, property managers, home builders, and referral partners to identify service opportunities
- Identify customer needs and confidently recommend products, repairs, maintenance plans, and installation services
- Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments and sales opportunities
- Manage technician schedules and dispatch activities throughout the day
- Coordinate effectively with technicians to maximize schedule efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information, service notes, estimates, and payment records
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and service-related questions
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Meet or exceed individual sales, booking, and customer service goals
- Support daily operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, call center, sales, or administrative experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Buda, Texas
- Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or cold calling
- Experience in home services, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, or related industries
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling and CRM software
- Experience supporting field service technicians
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and close sales opportunities
