As Branch Manager, you'll have full ownership of your branch's day-to-day success. That means keeping installs running on time, your team performing at their best, customers walking away happy, and the numbers heading in the right direction. You will serve as the connection between the field and corporate, ensuring everything runs efficiently, safely, and profitably.

You Will Be Trusted To:
  • Develop and execute daily routing strategies to ensure on time installations and efficient workflow
  • Oversee all branch operations including scheduling, dispatching, and warehouse coordination
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, place timely material orders, and coordinate regular inventory counts
  • Communicate material shortages and purchasing needs with the Purchasing Manager
  • Supervise material check in, dispatching, and field returns to ensure accountability and accuracy
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels
  • Hold team members accountable to performance, safety, and service standards
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
  • Communicate schedule updates and service changes clearly to customers and field teams
  • Track unscheduled orders and proactively communicate any delays or deviations
  • Monitor branch sales performance, operational metrics, and financial data
  • Report performance insights and operational updates to corporate leadership
  • Escalate personnel matters to Human Resources and vendor or material issues to the Service Manager
  • Provide field support when needed and stay closely connected to day to day operations
  • Enforce company policies and procedures across all aspects of branch operations
You Qualify With:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, sales, or a related leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to performance standards
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates issues and takes initiative to resolve them
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, employees, and corporate leadership
  • Comfortable working with data, tracking performance metrics, and making operational decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems

Additional Success Factors:
  • Experience in construction, garage doors, or related trades
  • Experience managing field crews, installers, or service technicians
  • Familiarity with scheduling, routing, and coordinating field operations
  • Background working with building materials, hardware, or home improvement products
  • Experience with inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operations
  • Understanding of job site workflow and customer interactions in residential or commercial settings
