Could this Be For You:
You start your day with a full schedule, heading out across Nashville and surrounding areas, serving customers who need solutions. Some calls are repairs, some are upgrades, and some turn into full replacements. You assess the situation, explain options clearly, and help the customer choose what works best for their home or business. This is not just fixing doors. You are building trust, solving problems, and creating opportunities on every job. If you like being on the move, talking with people, and having control over how much you earn, this role puts that in your hands.
You Will Be Trusted To:
- Travel throughout the Greater Nashville area to service, repair, and install garage door systems
- Serve customers by diagnosing issues, presenting options, and closing sales when appropriate
- Manage materials and job requirements from start to finish
- Provide estimates and guide customers toward the best solution for their needs and budget
- Recommend upgrades that improve safety, convenience, and appearance
- Install sectional doors and high lift operators
- Handle service calls independently while delivering a strong customer experience
- Stay in communication with dispatch, project managers, and customers
- Support residential installs and contribute to growing commercial opportunities
You Qualify With:
- 1–2 years of experience in installation, construction, or home services
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and carry it 50 feet
Additional Success:
- Experience in garage door service and installation
- Background in sales or commission based roles
- Experience leading crews or managing jobs
- Knowledge of door specifications, take offs, and quoting
- OSHA certification or similar safety training
- Comfort using technology such as ServiceTitan
- Familiarity with garage door products and solutions
