Our Lockhart team works hard, keeps things moving, and supports one another. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and quick learning Manufacturing Administrator. Think of this role as customer service for manufacturing. You will help our production team, locations, and vendors by tracking orders, answering questions, communicating updates, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. COULD THIS BE FOR YOU?
As a Manufacturing Administrator, you will help keep wood door orders moving from start to finish. You will be a key point of communication between production, our locations, and vendors.
- Track wood door orders through production and provide status updates
- Maintain and communicate the production schedule
- Create and manage purchase orders and follow up with vendors
- Coordinate with production to identify and resolve delays or order issues
- Maintain accurate order, purchasing, and production records
- Create door stickers for production tracking and shipping
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in order processing, scheduling, administrative support, or a similar role
- Basic Microsoft Office, Excel, and email skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and following up
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Customer service, administrative, scheduling, or order entry experience is a plus, but not required
